Estampa Contemporary Art Fair´s 31st edition is happening from 19 to 22 October in Pavilion 4 of the IFEMA MADRID. The event has a general programme and curated sections that will bring together national and international galleries and include various forums, debates and parallel activities. This meeting seeks to position itself as an unmissable art event for galleries and collectors.

The General Programme of the fair involves all the major national galleries, and incorporates other younger ones to keep up to date with all the trends taking place in the national market. At the same time, the national and international collector’s programmes are continuing to expand, reflecting the vitality and interest in gallery art in Spain.
The curated section comes from Lorena Martinez de Corral, with a selection of galleries like Helga de Alvear (Madrid), Ehrhardt Florez (Madrid), Alegria (Barcelona), Alarcon Criado (Seville) or Nordes (Santiago de Compostela). The same curator has chosen the works that make up the exhibition that hosts the Colecciona Corporativa show, with pieces from collections like Inelcom or Sorigé.

The program closes with Secundino Hernandez, this edition 's guest artist. The artist born in Madrid in 1975 is one of the most renowned in the current artistic circuit, will present his most recent work, an abstract series of huge canvases of stencil paintings.The artist’s work is part of the tradition of pictorial practice and has evolved according to the needs he has felt at each moment, so the artist himself says he cannot define it in a concrete way. His painting is characterized by the desire to explore and experiment based on his interest in the essential aspects of the construction and development of pictorial discourse.

The COLECCIONA CORPORATIVE programme, in turn, supported by the Ministry of Culture and Sport with the participation of the Department of Tourism, Sport and Culture of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) houses an exhibition with works selected by Lorena Martínez de Corral from collections such as Inelcom and Sorigé, among others.
